Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent required. Experience in accounting, record keeping, filing systems, excel and database management. Must be computer literate and have strong planning and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide various levels of assistance to program managers in implementing commercial programs. Processing requests from customers; working with outside vendors; tracking budget and other program activities; assisting with the development of program procedures. Data entry and other computer functions, maintaining filing system. Communicating information regarding the programs both in verbal and written form to others in the company as well as to vendors and customers.
